SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- Provide oversight to the management of all operations of the company.
- Conduct inspections of physical and safety hazards
- Monitor alarm systems and other security equipment
- Coordinate security operations for events or visits.
- Prepare reports on security incidents and risks.
- Liaise, update, and keep custody of all emergency contacts for staff and response services.
- Attend to calls from corporate clients
- Supervise the guarding workforce.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in a security company, military or police at supervisory level.
- Leadership and Supervisory trainings.
- Valid driving license.
- Training of trainers (TOT) course will be an added advantage.
