OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our client is seeking a Security Operations Manager to manage their guarding department and ensure proper security supervision in the company. Reporting to the Managing Director this role will be the focal point between the company and its clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide oversight to the management of all operations of the company.
  • Conduct inspections of physical and safety hazards
  • Monitor alarm systems and other security equipment
  • Coordinate security operations for events or visits.
  • Prepare reports on security incidents and risks.
  • Liaise, update, and keep custody of all emergency contacts for staff and response services.
  • Attend to calls from corporate clients
  • Supervise the guarding workforce.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new clients.

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience in a security company, military or police at supervisory level.
  • Leadership and Supervisory trainings.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Training of trainers (TOT) course will be an added advantage.
