JOB PURPOSE
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator who will ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across various functions, within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide all administrative and logistical support to the team to ensure timely completion of activities as per the work plan
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Assist in benefits administration tasks such as enrolment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring timely communication with employees and external providers.
- Support Human Resources initiatives and projects, including employee engagement activities, performance management processes, and training and development programs.
- Coordinate the day to day operations of the company office.
- Take part in the marketing and procurement of new businesses.
- Oversee the company statutory payment are done on time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Post-Secondary qualification in related field i.e. Diploma and above
- Two to three years of prior experience administrative functions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Training in human resource management or Procurement is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge in report writing.
