JOB PURPOSE
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator who will ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across various functions, within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide all administrative and logistical support to the team to ensure timely completion of activities as per the work plan
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in benefits administration tasks such as enrolment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring timely communication with employees and external providers.
  • Support Human Resources initiatives and projects, including employee engagement activities, performance management processes, and training and development programs.
  • Coordinate the day to day operations of the company office.
  • Take part in the marketing and procurement of new businesses.
  • Oversee the company statutory payment are done on time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  1. Post-Secondary qualification in related field i.e. Diploma and above
  2. Two to three years of prior experience administrative functions.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) required.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Training in human resource management or Procurement is preferred.
  8. Excellent knowledge in report writing.
