Coffee Roaster

The Coffee Roaster leads the roasting operations, ensuring consistent quality, optimal flavor profiles, and adherence to production targets. This role involves advanced roasting techniques, equipment oversight, and mentoring junior roasters while supporting continuous improvement in the production process.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of professional coffee roasting experience.
Deep understanding of roast development and coffee flavor chemistry.
Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
