Position: Office Administrator & Operations Assistant (ICT Background)
Location: Nairobi

Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

Our client, Security and Electronic Systems company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Operations Assistant to support office operations, project coordination, and administrative functions. The role is ideal for a young professional with an ICT background looking to grow into operations and project management within a technical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Administration, Project & Operations Support, Marketing & Business Support
Financial Management, Coordination Support

REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reports to the Managing Director (MD) and Technical Director depending on assigned responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology (ICT), or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of systems/technology is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years experience in office administration or coordination roles
  • Experience in handling petty cash or office support roles is an added advantage

KEY SKILLS

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills, Strong communication skills, Willingness to learn and grow, High level of integrity, Ability to work under minimal supervision
